AMP Capital’s Quay Quarter project not only introduces a beautiful 3XN-designed skyscraper to the Sydney skyline and a laneway to the ground plane, it also shifts the CBD from being a place that is almost entirely for work to one that is for living and recreation as well.

We can’t give too much away on this project just yet, other than to say it is a real privilege to work with so many talented people on a development that we have long wanted to influence.
